David is a Partner of Modus Property Group. Prior to Modus, David spent 5 years at Colliers and more recently 4 years at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was head of the Queensland industrial team. David’s experience and knowledge of the wider Brisbane market has seen him complete a range of significant leases, pre-leases, land sales, corporate disposals, and investment sales on behalf of private, institutional, and corporate clients.
