Jack Hardy joins our team as Director within the Brisbane office. Prior to Modus Property, Jack spent 8 years at CBRE where he held a Director role in the Australian Brokerage business. Jack’s expertise focus’s specifically on the south-west of Brisbane and throughout his tenure has developed a strong knowledge of the wider Brisbane industrial Market.

Jack has an unparalleled experience and track record and has completed a vast range of significant leases and pre-leases, land sales, corporate disposals, and investment sales on behalf of private and institutional clients.
